Clera is looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to join their remote team. In this role, you will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the product roadmap and deliver high-quality software.

What you will do

Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute product roadmap
Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end
Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack
Establish engineering best practices for a high-performing team and culture
Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to improve the product

What you bring

8+ years of software development experience
3+ years contributing to system design or architecture
Strong full-stack proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js
Solid React experience
Staff-level engineering impact: architecture ownership, mentoring, raising team effectiveness
Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional teams
