Clera is looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to join their remote team. In this role, you will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the product roadmap and deliver high-quality software.

- Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute product roadmap
- Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end
- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack
- Establish engineering best practices for a high-performing team and culture
- Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to improve the product

- 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years contributing to system design or architecture
- Strong full-stack proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js
- Solid React experience
- Staff-level engineering impact: architecture ownership, mentoring, raising team effectiveness
- Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional teams
