Clera is looking for a Growth Associate to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will drive demand generation through outbound experiments and AI-driven engagement motions.

What you will do

  • Execute outbound experiments with research and personalized outreach
  • Build AI-driven engagement motions using automation tools
  • Generate qualified meetings for sales team
  • Plan and run demand generation events across Europe
  • Support sales operations and partnership development

What you bring

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in growth, sales, or go-to-market roles
  • Ability to design, execute, and analyze outbound experiments
  • Proficiency with CRM, email automation, prospecting software, and AI tools
  • Experience generating qualified pipeline through outbound, inbound, or network channels
  • Experience coordinating demand generation events across multiple geographies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains
  • Familiarity with AI-powered personalization or prospecting workflows
