Grafana Labs is looking for a Staff Field Engineer to join their team remotely. In this role, you will advise on strategic deals, serve as a subject matter expert on the Grafana Platform, and create technical training content. You will also present at marketing events and help craft value-based stories to close deals.
What you will do
- Advise on strategic deals and customer engagements
- Serve as subject matter expert in one area of the Grafana Platform
- Craft value-based stories to help close deals
- Create and curate technical training content
- Architect and maintain demo and workshop infrastructure
- Present at marketing events
What you bring
- Minimum 8 years of related technical experience
- 2+ years in a Senior Field Engineer role
- Excellent understanding of Grafana and observability technologies
- Expert-level knowledge in at least one adjacent domain
- Experience creating product training assets
- Comfortable with a modern programming language
