Clera is looking for a Growth Associate to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will drive demand generation through outbound experiments and AI-driven engagement motions.

Generate qualified meetings for sales team
Plan and run demand generation events across Europe
Support sales operations and partnership development

1 to 3 years of experience in growth, sales, or go-to-market roles
Ability to design, execute, and analyze outbound experiments
Proficiency with CRM, email automation, prospecting software, and AI tools
Experience generating qualified pipeline through outbound, inbound, or network channels
Experience coordinating demand generation events across multiple geographies
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Mooi meegenomen

Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains
Familiarity with AI-powered personalization or prospecting workflows
