Clera is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise implementations in Amsterdam. In this role, you will design and execute complex deployments while managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you will do

Design and execute implementations for enterprise clients
Manage stakeholder relationships in complex environments
Lead project planning and execution during deployments
Analyze customer requirements and prioritize actions
Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams
Build documentation, tooling, and playbooks for scalability

What you bring

4-5+ years of professional experience
3+ years in customer-facing deployment or solutions engineering for enterprise software
Expertise in KYB, KYC, AML, or regulated onboarding
Experience in fintech, banking, or startup environments
Track record managing complex enterprise implementations
Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools

Nice to have

Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, identity platforms, or payment infrastructure
Exposure to API integrations, data migration, or technical onboarding
Background at a recognized high-execution operator in fintech or technology
