Destinus is seeking a Procurement Lead to manage and develop the local purchasing team at its Hengelo site. In this role, you will oversee daily procurement operations, supplier relationships, and tactical sourcing while collaborating with site, operations, and engineering teams. Lead and develop the local purchasing team
Manage daily procurement operations for the Netherlands site
Oversee local supplier relationships and performance
Act as escalation point for supply issues
Conduct tactical sourcing and supplier negotiations
Collaborate with site, operations, and engineering teams

Wat je meebrengt

5-8+ years procurement experience in manufacturing
Experience leading or mentoring buyers
Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and Procure-to-Pay
Solid supplier management and negotiation skills
Experience in multi-site or international organization
Professional fluency in English
