Junior Buyer

Destinus is looking for a Junior Buyer to join their team in Hengelo. In this role, you will support procurement operations by processing purchase orders and monitoring supplier deliveries. You will work closely with the Procurement Specialist to resolve operational issues.

Wat ga je doen

• Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders in MS Dynamics
• Obtain order confirmations from suppliers and maintain ERP data
• Monitor open orders and track deliveries against need dates
• Expedite orders as needed
• Resolve basic operational issues like invoice discrepancies and delivery delays
• Escalate complex issues to the Procurement Specialist

Wat je meebrengt

• Degree in a related field
• 1-3 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing
• High proficiency in ERP systems, especially MS Dynamics
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and fluent English
