As a Manufacturing Engineer NPI at NTS in Eindhoven, you will bridge the gap between product design and serial production. You industrialise customer designs into scalable, cost-efficient processes while coordinating with international suppliers. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape high-tech production from concept to launch.

Industrialise customer designs into scalable, cost-efficient production processes
Design serial production process including layout, tooling, qualification strategies, ERP configurations, quality controls, and work instructions
Facilitate process validation through Design/Process FMEA, SPC studies, and 8D problem-solving
Monitor costs, quality, delivery reliability, and risks throughout the NPI process
Coordinate with international suppliers on manufacturability, lead times, and quality assurance

Wat je meebrengt

Completed HBO or WO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
Demonstrable experience with NPI and industrialization processes, preferably in high-tech production
Knowledge of assembly and production processes, tooling, test equipment, and qualification methods such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D
Strong personality with persuasiveness, project management skills, and eye for costs and risks
Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
