About the job

H&M Group is looking for a Trade & Customs Associate to join their team in Tilburg. In this role, you will manage import and export flows for various transport modes and ensure smooth customs clearance.

What you will do

Coordinate import flows and cross-docking for sea, air, road, and rail shipments
Monitor inbound shipments and ensure timely delivery to distribution centers
Coordinate customs clearance with internal teams and external brokers
Support export processes and cross-border shipments to non-EU destinations
Prepare and validate commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documents
Review and approve transport and service provider invoices for accuracy and budget compliance

What you bring

MBO degree or equivalent work experience in logistics or international trade
Knowledge of customs procedures, supply chain processes, and trade regulations
Strong communication skills and excellent command of English
Strong analytical and numerical skills
High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Nice to have

Experience with SAP or transport management systems
