Keenfinity is looking for an Imaging Lead Engineer to join their team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will guide the imaging software architecture and lead the integration of camera SDKs. You will also mentor a team of imaging engineers and develop prototypes for new imaging concepts.

What you will do

Characterize and evaluate ISP capabilities
Provide technical guidance on imaging software stack architecture
Develop rapid prototypes and test frameworks for new imaging concepts
Lead integration and customization of vendor camera SDKs
Conduct design and code reviews
Mentor and coach imaging engineers

What you bring

Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
8+ years experience in imaging systems, ISP development, image processing
Strong understanding of camera imaging pipelines, image quality tuning, ISP architectures
Experience integrating image processing algorithms into embedded or real-time systems
Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++
Experience with technical leadership, architecture design, mentoring

Nice to have

Experience with AI/ML-based image enhancement
Knowledge of camera sensors, optics, optical characterization
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for embedded systems
Experience working with external technology suppliers
