QbD Group is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert to lead end-to-end recruitment and attract experienced medior and senior profiles. In this hybrid role based in Breda, you will collaborate with division heads, sales, and customers to match employees to suitable projects while building a network of Life Sciences specialists in Belgium and the Netherlands.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for QbD Group
- Attract experienced medior and senior profiles
- Use databases, LinkedIn, social media, network, and events to find talent
- Match employees to suitable projects
- Collaborate with division heads, sales, and customers on hiring needs
- Build and maintain a network of Life Sciences specialists in Belgium and Netherlands
What you bring
- Proven experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition at senior level
- Life Sciences experience preferred (pharma, biotech, medical devices, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Life Sciences market in Netherlands and Belgium
- Relevant candidate network in Netherlands
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English

- French language skill
- Additional languages
