UX Designer

Wat ga je doen?

• Join geoFluxus in Rotterdam as a UX Designer and help make circularity measurable. We are looking for a designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to help companies and governments gain insight into waste and material streams. You will work within a close-knit product team to design end-to-end features, intuitive dashboards, and data visualisations that turn complex data into actionable reports for CSRD compliance and sustainability. Your core responsibilities include designing data-heavy interfaces, conducting user research and usability testing, and maintaining our design system in Figma. You will collaborate closely with the Lead UX Designer and developers to ensure high-quality implementation of features. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of professional UX design experience. - Fluency in Dutch is required for stakeholder communication. - Strong Figma skills including auto-layout and interactive prototyping. - Relevant degree in Industrial Design Engineering, CMD, or a similar field. - Ability to work from our Rotterdam office Wednesday through Friday. We offer a 36-hour workweek with every other Friday off, a hybrid work model, and at least 5 weeks of paid vacation.
