UX Designer

• Join geoFluxus in Rotterdam as a UX Designer and help transform complex waste and material data into actionable insights. In this hybrid role, you will work within a close-knit product team to design end-to-end features, intuitive dashboards, and data visualizations that support global sustainability and CSRD compliance. Your core responsibilities include designing user flows from concept to implementation, conducting user research and usability testing, and maintaining a robust design system in Figma. You will collaborate closely with the Lead UX Designer and developers to ensure complex information architectures are clear and functional for enterprise and government clients. Requirements: - At least 2 years of professional UX design experience. - Fluency in Dutch is required for stakeholder communication. - Strong Figma skills, including auto-layout and interactive prototyping. - A relevant degree in Industrial Design, Communication & Multimedia Design, or a similar field. - Ability to work from the Rotterdam office Wednesday through Friday. We offer a 36-hour workweek with every other Friday off, a hybrid setup, and an NS Business Card for commuting.
