UX Designer

• Join geoFluxus in Rotterdam as a UX Designer and help make circularity measurable. We are looking for a designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to help companies and governments transform complex waste data into actionable insights. Working alongside our Lead UX Designer and development team, you will design end-to-end features, intuitive dashboards, and data visualisations that support CSRD compliance and sustainability goals. Your core responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing, creating interactive prototypes in Figma, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation. You will play a key role in making material flow analyses and benchmarking charts understandable for diverse stakeholders. Requirements: - At least 2 years of professional UX design experience. - Fluency in Dutch is required for stakeholder communication. - Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout and components. - A relevant degree in Industrial Design Engineering, CMD, or a similar field. - Ability to work from our Rotterdam office Wednesday through Friday. We offer a 36-hour workweek with every other Friday off, a hybrid work model, and 5 weeks of paid vacation.
