UX Designer

Join geoFluxus in Rotterdam as a UX Designer and help transform complex waste data into actionable insights for global sustainability and compliance. Working in a close-knit product team, you will design end-to-end features, intuitive dashboards, and data visualisations that help governments and enterprises meet CSRD requirements and circularity goals. Your core responsibilities include designing data-heavy interfaces, conducting user research and usability testing, and collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation. You will play a key role in maintaining the design system and making material flow information clear and actionable for diverse stakeholders. Requirements: - At least 2 years of professional UX design experience. - Fluency in Dutch is required for stakeholder communication. - Strong Figma skills, including auto-layout and interactive prototyping. - A relevant degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Communication & Multimedia Design, or similar. - Ability to work from the Rotterdam office Wednesday through Friday. - Experience with data visualisation is a significant advantage. We offer a 36-hour workweek with every other Friday off, a hybrid work model, and an NS Business Card for commuting.
