Join bunq as a Website Brand Designer in a full-time, hybrid role. We are seeking a hands-on product designer to architect our next-generation website design system. This is not a traditional mockup-focused role; you will own the entire workflow from foundational Figma rules to directing AI tools that generate production-ready code. Your core responsibilities include evolving our design system tokens and components, leading AI-powered workflows with tools like v0 and Framer, and driving conversion through high-quality layouts. You will take full ownership of the design-to-deploy process, ensuring a seamless and high-converting user experience across all devices. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in design systems and AI-directed design tools, a strong understanding of CSS and layout logic, and a proven track record in conversion rate optimization. You must be comfortable working without developer dependency to take concepts from strategy to final published output.
