This position moves beyond traditional mockups, requiring you to own the entire workflow from foundational Figma rules to directing AI tools that generate production-ready code. Your core responsibilities include evolving our design system tokens and components, leading AI-powered workflows with tools like v0 and Framer, and driving conversion through high-quality layouts. You will own the full stack from design to deployment, ensuring a seamless and high-converting user experience across all devices. The ideal candidate is fluent in AI-directed design, possesses deep expertise in scalable design systems, and understands CSS and layout logic. You should have a proven track record of designing for conversion and a proactive mentality for taking full ownership of projects from strategy to final output.
