Study Operations Moderators

LXT is seeking Study Operations Moderators for a fixed-term, full-time project in the Netherlands. This is a 100% on-site role based at a designated recording facility, with an expected duration through June. This position is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who can manage audio equipment and follow detailed protocols in a fast-paced environment. As a Study Operations Moderator, you will lead in-person conversational data collection sessions. Key responsibilities include setting up and troubleshooting recording hardware, ensuring high-quality audio capture, and managing data documentation. You will also support participant outreach and recruitment efforts to maintain a steady project pipeline. Candidates must be fluent in both Dutch and English. Required qualifications include strong technical aptitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Experience with audio recording, participant-based research, or a medical background is considered an advantage. This role offers a compensation of $23 USD per hour.
