• Join geoFluxus as a UX Designer in Rotterdam to help make circularity measurable. In this hybrid role, you will design interfaces that transform complex waste and material stream data into intuitive dashboards, flow maps, and compliance reports. Working within a close-knit product team, you will manage end-to-end design flows from early concepts to dev-ready assets in Figma. Your core responsibilities include conducting user research and usability tests, maintaining the design system, and collaborating with developers to ensure high-quality implementation. You will play a key role in helping governments and enterprises meet CSRD requirements through actionable data visualization. Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional UX design experience and fluency in Dutch. Strong Figma skills, including auto-layout and components, are essential. This position requires being in the Rotterdam office from Wednesday to Friday. We offer a 36-hour workweek with every other Friday off, a hybrid setup, an NS Business Card, and at least 5 weeks of paid vacation.
