STICKYBESTIE is seeking a Global Sales Manager (Europe) to join our team in Amsterdam. This hybrid role focuses on driving sales performance across European markets by managing and expanding our network of distributors and sales agents. As a key commercial link, you will present monthly collections, oversee end-to-end order processing, and ensure all markets meet their growth targets. Your core responsibilities include building strong relationships with retail partners, analyzing sell-through data to inform commercial decisions, and representing the brand at international trade shows and showroom appointments. You will collaborate closely with marketing and logistics teams to align on product launches and seasonal campaigns. To be successful, you must have proven sales or account management experience within the fashion or accessories sector and a deep understanding of the European wholesale model. You should be commercially minded, highly organized, and fluent in English. A willingness to travel across Europe for partner meetings is essential. Experience with systems like Joor or Shopify and an existing network of retail contacts are considered strong advantages.
