UX Designer
Join geoFluxus in Rotterdam as a UX Designer and help transform complex waste and material data into actionable insights. In this hybrid role, you will work within a close-knit product team to design end-to-end features, intuitive dashboards, and data visualisations that support sustainability and CSRD compliance for enterprises and governments. Your core responsibilities include designing data-heavy interfaces, conducting user research and usability testing, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation. You will play a key role in making circularity measurable by simplifying complex information architectures into clear, actionable reports. Requirements: - At least 2 years of professional UX design experience. - Fluency in Dutch is required for stakeholder and client interaction. - Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and prototyping. - A relevant degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Communication & Multimedia Design, or a similar field. - Ability to work from the Rotterdam office Wednesday through Friday. - Experience with data visualisation is a significant advantage. We offer a 36-hour workweek with every other Friday off, a hybrid work setup, and an NS Business Card for commuting.
