UX Designer

Join geoFluxus in Rotterdam as a UX Designer and help transform complex waste and material stream data into actionable insights. Working within a close-knit product team alongside the Lead UX Designer and developers, you will design end-to-end features, intuitive dashboards, and data visualizations that help organizations meet CSRD compliance and sustainability goals. Your core responsibilities include designing data-heavy interfaces, conducting user research and usability testing, and maintaining the design system in Figma. You will collaborate closely with engineering to ensure seamless implementation of material flow analyses and benchmarking tools. Requirements include at least 2 years of professional UX design experience, fluency in Dutch, and a relevant degree in Industrial Design Engineering or Communication & Multimedia Design. Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout and components) is essential, and experience with data visualization is a significant plus. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring presence in the Rotterdam office from Wednesday to Friday. Benefits include a 36-hour workweek with every other Friday off, an NS Business Card, and at least 5 weeks of paid vacation.
