Join geoFluxus in Rotterdam as a UX Designer and help make circularity measurable. In this hybrid role, you will work within a close-knit product team to transform complex waste and material stream data into intuitive dashboards, flow maps, and actionable reports for sustainability and compliance. Your core responsibilities include designing end-to-end features in Figma, conducting user research and usability tests, and collaborating with developers to implement data-heavy interfaces. You will also help maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across the platform. Requirements include at least 2 years of professional UX design experience and fluency in Dutch, as you will interact regularly with Dutch clients and stakeholders. You must be able to work from the Rotterdam office Wednesday through Friday. Strong Figma skills and a genuine interest in technically complex products and data visualization are essential. geoFluxus offers a 36-hour workweek with every other Friday off, a hybrid working model, and an NS Business Card for commuting. You will also benefit from at least 5 weeks of paid vacation and quarterly team offsites.
